JC Arts has been operating in Tulare County for over 10 years. The owner, Jesus Collas, has been welding for over 30 years and is happy to share his artistic creations with the world. Each one of our pieces has been created with the highest quality and care for our customers. Our customers are our rock, and there is nothing better than creating their designs and watching them light up when they see their creations come to life.​

Whether it is a small internal design or hundreds of feet of fencing, JC Arts prides itself on its strong work ethic and the ability to create the custom designs our customers are looking for.
